Greetings, Sykesville Baseball Families!

We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2025 Spring Baseball and Umpire Season is officially OPEN! It's time to dust off those gloves, lace up those cleats, and get ready for another fantastic season on the diamond.

Spring Baseball – Important Dates + Information

• Registration closes Saturday, February 1, 2025.
• Evaluations for the Minors, Majors, and Preps take place at Top Gun Baseball (Sykesville) on Saturday, February 15th and Saturday, February 22nd, 2025.
• The Spring Managers Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 7PM at the South Carroll Senior Center (5928 Mineral Hill Rd, Eldersburg, MD 21784). More information will be sent in advance of the meeting as we approach that date.
• Practices will begin Saturday, March 15, 2025.
• Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025.
• The season will end on Saturday, June 7, 2025.  

Umpires – Important Dates + Information

• There is a $10 fee and registration closes on February 7, 2025.
• You must be 12 years old by August 31, 2025 to become an umpire.
• There are (6) 2-hour indoor classes with (1) outdoor mechanics class.
• Indoor training classes begin on Sunday, February 2, 2025, and end on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Coaches Registration + Volunteer Information

Please have the person who will be coaching—not the spouse—complete the coaches registration. If you must complete this for your spouse, we ask that you provide their direct contact information (e-mail, phone number, etc.) so that we are able to coordinate directly with all our volunteers for the season.
